Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Laboratory equipment within 5 days. Other equipment within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of your confirmed order with advance.
- Delivery Charges: Free within Chennai. For other stations/states, delivery charges will be charged extra.
Installation
- Free Installation within Chennai: Installation will be free for orders with a value of more than Rs. 2,00,000/- only. For orders less than Rs. 2,00,000/-, installation charges will be extra (approx. 2% depending on the place of installation).
- For Other States: Installation charges will be extra depending on the place of installation.
Guarantee
- Warranty: 12 months from the date of supply against manufacturing defects. However, consumables like Heating Rods, Thermocouples, Bulbs, Fuses, Switches, etc., are not covered under this guarantee.
Calibration Certificates
- Calibration/Traceability Certificates: Not included. If you require a Calibration Certificate for any equipment, please enquire before placing the order. Calibration Certificates will only be issued for digitally controlled equipment.
